CLASS MISSION Use the guidance of the state adopted physical education standards, my background in exercise physiology, and passion for movement in utilizing multiple teaching strategies and experiences that provide a comprehensive and academic fitness and wellness based physical education curriculum that will equip every student with fundamental tools needed to make healthy lifestyle choices throughout their lifetime.
